Ordered parts Feb. 12th and have attempted numerous times to communicate via email. I have not received items ordered or any response from them.
This the response I received when I placed my order with Factory Chrysler Parts. I have attempted to contact via email 5 times since Feb 25th and have received no notification email or otherwise.
"Thanks for your purchase from FACTORY CHRYSLER PARTS.
Your order number is #XXXXXX, please retain this number for your records.
You will receive a second email when your order has been confirmed, received and is being processed.

Most orders ship within 2-5 days, but some special order parts may take up to 14 days. Your order will not ship until all parts are available. If we can not meet this time frame, we will contact you. Please reply to this e-mail if you need any additional information. E-mail is the preferred method of communication.

You will receive a followup email when your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
To check the status of your order at any time, please click here."

So when you look at their policies and see that there is no follow up then there should be action taken to correct their procedures.

Part was back ordered. The part has since been shipped and delivered to the customer on 3/21/14 via USPS, shipper # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. We apologize for the delay in receiving the part from the manufacturer. The manufacturer showed stock of the part but if fact did not have it and it had to be resupplied from another vendor.

It took a month to get the part. There was no communication from Factory Chrystler Parts regarding the status of my order. I ended up sourcing the part else where because I figured that I'd been ripped off. They ignored a request for a refund and just shipped the part when it was FINALLY available. Terrible company and TERRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again.

    I ordered a part from Factory Chrysler Parts on 2/24/14. It is now 3/12/14 and I have no part and cannot make contact with the company. No updates on the status of said part. I call the numbers listed on the website and no one ever answers. Emails also go unanswered. Facebook contact is also mostly ignored. At present time my Jeep Grand Cherokee is undrivable due to a missing caliper bolt. I have sourced the part elsewhere and should be receiving it tomorrow and now would just like a refund.

    The customer was sent e-mails concerning the order. We are not sure why they were not received (possibly went to a spam folder). The order has been cancelled and fully refunded to the customers Paypal account. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.

    Thank you for your help. The same time I complained to BBB, I sent a complaint to PayPal. With their help the order was cancelled and I got full refund (just lost few euros because of currencies exchange, but it is not a problem). I accept the company's response but will never use their service again nor will advice to anyone use the Factor Chrysler Parts service.
